Before returning any item to The Gift of Scent, please email support@thegiftofscent.com. Include your name, order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and, if you have opened the product or if it is defective (defined below), please also include a note about why you are returning the product.

– Any unopened product may be returned to The Gift of Scent via mail within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

– Any opened product may be returned to The Gift of Scent via mail within 10 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase cost. When returning the product, please tell us via email to support@thegiftofscent.com why you are returning the product. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

– Any defective product (i.e., any product that does not work as intended due to factory defect or damage in shipping) may be returned to The Gift of Scent via mail within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase cost. When returning a defective product, please tell us via email to support@thegiftofscent.com what is wrong with the product so we can investigate the issue! Customer will receive full refund for product cost and shipping costs up to $4.99 for defective products.

Please Note: If the product you would like to return does not fall under one of the three categories defined above or if you trying to return a product that has been purchased beyond the time limit outlined above and you have not contacted us via email at support@thegiftofscent.com within the time limit outlined above for each return product category, the item is not eligible for return or refund.
